DS4J May Challenge Anything Goes with add ribbion twist
I can not believe it's May already! How did that happen!!! Anyway, a new month means a new challenge at Digi Stamps 4 Joy! This month we have Anything goes with an add a ribbon twist!
And here's my creation!
I actually did something really cool on this card. See that ribbon on the bottom! Shh.... Don't tell anyone but it's not purple... But Sam it's purple I can see it in the picture and it's clearly purple! Well Ok, it is purple now... But it wasn't alway purple! It was white and I colored it purple cuz I didn't have any purple ribbon I liked for this project!
Stamp: DS4J Stained Glass Roses
Ink: Copic V15, V17, and Chameleon Y63,VR04, V04
Papers: purple from the stash, Green polka dots from multi-craft

Happy Flowers
This was one of the first images I colored with my chameleons and I really like it.
This was a really quick card I put together but I think it turned out really nice!
1. I colored and cut out the image.Which is a free digi from Becky's Place.
2. Then I used black paper from my stash and the patterned paper is from DCWV. I used my cuttlebug and my card creator dies to create the layers.
3. I glued it all together.
That's it. Lots of simple cards this week!

Flower Vase
I promised you a card today didn't I?
I really like how this one came out.
1. I colored and cut out the flower vase which is a digi from Sparkle N Sprinkle
2. I cut the pink and blue paper out on my SNC it's simply the same shape cut just slightly smaller to create the mat. The blue paper is from the stash and the pink paper is from DCWV.
3. The flowerish paper is also from DCWV. I cut that out with a black mat to fit the card base.
4. Then I glued it all together!

Just A Note
As I was planning out this weeks blog posts it quickly became the week of cards that didn't turn out how they were planned. This is the first one.
This card was supposed to have a sentiment on it but once I put it together I was like no way!
1. This is another image I had sitting around that I had colored awhile back this was part of a birthday present set of digi's I got from my parents last June from Sparkle N Sprinkle. And of course I cut it out on my SNC.
2. Once again the paper is just simply matted. the solid pink on the bottom layer is from and old Cricut paper pad and then the pattern papers are both from Crate Paper.
That's it I was playing it simple this week.

Flower Fairy
I know it's late but I do actually have 2 posts for you today cuz I'm crazy like that. (Actually I kept getting distracted by CHA goodies but..)
This card was inspired by C.R.A.F.T. Challenges recipe challenge this week.

And here's the final product
She's a cute little fairy isn't she and that stamp on the side there has probably been sitting around unused for at least 6 months if not longer! Also side note, you might remember that on the last card I used Stamps By Judith Ink... Well I still love her stamps but now that I've tried My Favorite Things I much perter that Ink (I've had it since April and I just used it the first time today... not sure what that means.)

What's the Story Morning Glory?
So I'm keeping with the spring theme. Today we have this super cute card.
I discovered the Deerie Dolls digi stamps a few years ago and simply fell in love. This one is a relatively old one but I think it's super cute! It been sitting on my computer unused for awhile and I finally decided to print and use it! The stamp is called Morning Glory Swing Girl which is where the title came from!
Now to the details:
Stamps: Derrie Dolls Morning Glory Swing Girl
Paper: White thick card stock from Office Depot, Doodlebug Design
Ink: Printer Ink, Copic Markers

Flowers and Bicycles
Flower and Bicycle is probably a more appropriate title.
So how'd I make this? Well I cut the bicycle out on my Cricut. It's from the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. But here's the cool part. One of the challenges I found some inspiration from is an inspiration picture that's linked to below. But I really liked the colors in the picture but didn't have paper that matched the way I wanted it to. So I cut out the shadow/base of the bicycle in black like I would normally then cut the layers out in white. And then I colored it with my Copics!!! I have no idea why I never thought of that as a possibility before! Here's the rest of what went into this creation. Also I have to give a shout out to those Spellbinders Card Creator Dies again all those layers wouldn't be possible without them!
Paper: Stash and DCWV Mat Stacks
Copics: RV23, G82, G09, R85
And of corse challenges;
Fussy and Fancy Friday: Inspiration Photo
Created with Love: Lots of Layers

Watering Can: V12,V15,V17
Tulips: Y15, Y13

Here's today's card.
This picture's kinda bad but that happens.
So the how did I make this part.
The image is a Digi Stamp from The Stamping Boutique . It was one of the ones I got for a challenge I won with this card. The Thank You stamp is from another unmarked stamp set I have. I stamped the thank you in Memento Ladybug Red. I believe the little star brad is from Eyelet outlet that I bought at Scrapbook Expo 2 years ago. The striped paper is from an old DCWV summer paper pack I have. The image is colored with Copics. These ones to be specific.

3 Flowers
I promised another card today didn't I. :) I'm having some family over later for some family crafting time. So I should have a pretty strong store up of cards and posts for you all! Anywho. Onto the card.
It's really simple the Stamp is a digital stamp from Operation Write Home. I colored it with Copics (Of course right. Although I'm super intrigued by those new Spectrum Noir Blendable Pencils anyone have any experience with them?) Anyway, color list time.
Watering Can: R29 and R27
Stems: G07
Flower Centers: YR18
Yellow Flower: Y15, Y13, and Y11
Green Flower: G05, G07, G09
Blue Flower: B26, B24
I'm not sure where the Thinking of You stamp is from... (I'm guessing it's Fiskers because that's where most of my unknown stamp sets are from.) And the color is Memento Grape Jelly.
I think that's everything... The Card base is from Joann's and the paper with the water can on it is from Office Max and I guess my printer played a part since the stamp came from my computer.
Challenge Time:
Card Makin Mamas: CMM87 | Over the Rainbow sponsored by The East Wind

I'll have another card tomorrow and a fun tidbit if you've made it this far. That green flower was supposed to be a purple flower but I grabbed the green markers instead of the purple... I just ran with it. :)

Spring Flower Card
I'm going to have a little bit of a series going on here for awhile. With lots of flower cards!!
Here's the first one. The stamp is from The Stamping Boutique and is a prize from my one and only challenge win! :) The paper is from The Paper studio the Rivbiom is white ribbon I'm sure I bought at Jo Ann Fabrics quite sometime ago that I then collided with my R23 (I think...) Copic marker to make match. I'm not sure where the bling is from...

La La Land Card
First upload of the new year!!!
I'm going to be honset with you all and say that last weekend I had a major card making marathon and while I was I wasn't very good about keeping track of what I was using. I'm pretty sure this paper is from me and my big idea but I'm not sure... I do know that the stamp is Capri Marci stamped in memento black ink and colored with copics :)
