Hi Everyone!!! Hope you have had a happy New Year. Today is well a little Goofy!

I absolutely love Disney and little Goofy is off one of my Disney Stamp Sets! This one is also inspired by a challenge over at The Sketch File (Link Below)

Ink: Printer Ink, Tombow Markers, Memento Tangelo

Brother Scan N Cut 2!!!

OK so every year after Christmas I buy myself something I didn't get that I really wanted. Usually it's something kinda small but this year... I went big. I bought myself the Brother Scan N Cut 2! I'd been eyeing up this machine since the first one was announced. And I finally dove in and bought it for myself. I absolutely love it.

I have a learning disability that really messes with my hand eye coordination and fine moter skills making fussy cutting a challenge. Which meant I almost always had someone else cut out anything that was getting fussy cut or I just avoided it all together. Scan N Cut is such a major thing for me because I can fussy cut out my stamps and don't have to wait for someone else to do it for me. It works so wonderfully and even though I still feel a little weird about it since it's the first major purchase I've ever made on my own but I know it's worth it and I know I'll use it and love it.

When I made my first cut I couldn't believe how easy it was to use and how well it worked.
I've been coloring images faster then I can cut them or have someone else cut them. I cut out my whole stash in 2.5 hours. And I even took a break to eat dinner in that time. It would have taken me weeks or months to do this before.

Final Result: I love it it's amazing and I can't wait to keep exploring with it!

Feel Better Teddy

We've recently had some nasty sickness going around my house. I got sick just before Christmas although I was feeling better for the holidays. Then both my parents got sick while I was on a mini trip for a few days to visit a friend of mine who lives a few hours away. So I made this little card. Everyone is better now so no need to send it. :)

Stamps: Deerie Dolls Sad Teddy, SU Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Pinter Ink, Copic, Memento Cottage Ivy
Paper: White thick card stock from Office Depot, Doodlebug Design, Crate Paper, The Paper Cut
Accessories: Word Window Punch

Chamelon Pens

So a little break from cards today but I want to do a little product feature. Last August I went to Illinois for Scrapbook Expo. A vendor was selling chameleon pens and I pointed them out to my mom saying I had heard of them and I really thought I wanted them but was worried about my copic collection. I of course had done the research that they worked together but I worried they would go unused. I had seen a something at another booth I wasn't sure I wanted and while we were walking around I decided I did in fact want it and went back to go get it, she told me she didn't want to back track and would meet me. Well apparently she was doing some Christmas shopping.  Because I opened presents Christmas morning and was surprised to find a new box of Chameleon Pens under the tree. While I had wondered off at Scrapbook Expo my mom and gone back to that booth and bought me the whole set! All 22 pens! I was so shocked!!!!! Of course I opened them right away and began coloring.

The dog was the first thing I colored when I opened the new pens, and Fancy Marci was the last thing I colored that day. My overall opinion? I LOVE THEM! They are so awesome and easy to use. Will I get rid of my copics? No Will I stop buying more Copics? No. But I know I'll get just as much use out the chameleons as my copics.

Hello Everyone!!! Here's the first card of the new year WOOHOOO!!

I'm not sure why this picture came out so wired and I do apologize for that. I'm not quite sure what's going on there. Anywho. I thought this would be a nice card to share today because even though it's not specifically a new years card she kind of looks ready to a new year party doesn't she?
