First Card of the New Year

Hello Everyone!!! Here's the first card of the new year WOOHOOO!!

I'm not sure why this picture came out so wired and I do apologize for that. I'm not quite sure what's going on there. Anywho. I thought this would be a nice card to share today because even though it's not specifically a new years card she kind of looks ready to a new year party doesn't she?

Paper: it was just some green paper I had lying around...

Bicycles!!

Here where I live in Wisconsin got hit by a pretty nasty ice/snow storm earlier this week. Now generally I don't mind snow. But when the ice gets involved it's not cool. I also appreciate it more when it comes before Christmas not after.  Anyway that's not what your here to read about. You want this.

Simple but cute and somewhat spring and summery.

Now Supplies:

Stamp: Sparkle n Sprinkle Bicycle Black and White (It's a digi)
Ink: Printer Ink, Copic Markers
Paper: White thick card stock from Office Depot, Doodlebug Design

And the last piece of business

Flowers and Bicycles

Flower and Bicycle is probably a more appropriate title.

So how'd I make this? Well I cut the bicycle out on my Cricut. It's from the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. But here's the cool part. One of the challenges I found some inspiration from is an inspiration picture that's linked to below. But I really liked the colors in the picture but didn't have paper that matched the way I wanted it to. So I cut out the shadow/base of the bicycle in black like I would normally then cut the layers out in white. And then I colored it with my Copics!!! I have no idea why I never thought of that as a possibility before! Here's the rest of what went into this creation. Also I have to give a shout out to those Spellbinders Card Creator Dies again all those layers wouldn't be possible without them!

Paper: Stash and DCWV Mat Stacks
Copics: RV23, G82, G09, R85

3 Flowers

I promised another card today didn't I. :) I'm having some family over later for some family crafting time. So I should have a pretty strong store up of cards and posts for you all! Anywho. Onto the card.
It's really simple the Stamp is a digital stamp from Operation Write Home. I colored it with Copics (Of course right. Although I'm super intrigued by those new Spectrum Noir Blendable Pencils anyone have any experience with them?) Anyway, color list time.

Watering Can: R29 and R27
Stems: G07
Flower Centers: YR18
Yellow Flower: Y15, Y13, and Y11
Green Flower: G05, G07, G09
Blue Flower: B26, B24

I'm not sure where the Thinking of You stamp is from... (I'm guessing it's Fiskers because that's where most of my unknown stamp sets are from.) And the color is Memento Grape Jelly.

I think that's everything... The Card base is from Joann's and the paper with the water can on it is from Office Max and I guess my printer played a part since the stamp came from my computer.

Challenge Time:
Card Makin Mamas: CMM87 | Over the Rainbow sponsored by The East Wind
Digi Haven: Spring has Sprung Challenge Sponsored by Beccy's Place
Jellypark Challenges: Bold and Bright
STAMPlorations: Stamps and Flowers

I'll have another card tomorrow and a fun tidbit if you've made it this far. That green flower was supposed to be a purple flower but I grabbed the green markers instead of the purple... I just ran with it. :)

Celebration Card

Hello!
I'm back with yet another card! I'm really sorry about the pictures today guys my camera didn't want to be nice today.

All the stamps I used for this card are from the same set. Fiskars Birthday clear stamp set. I cut the scalloped square with my Cricut and the Elegant Edges cartridge. For the celebrate I used a technique called Thumping. For the balloons in the background all I did was stamp the balloons in versamark on just the card base. I'm afraid that I no longer have the company that the embellishments in the lower corner are from. All I know is that they originally came from Jo-Ann's so I'm thinking it's probably there store brand.

Flashback Card

I made this card last December but thought I'd share it now anyway. It's been 90 degrees or higher here all week and it doesn't look to be letting up anytime soon so looking back towards December and the cool temperatures is kind of nice.
The card base is pre bought the circle I cut with a CM circle cutter and I'm sure it 's DCWV paper from some Christmas stack. The tag is cut on the cricut with the seasonal Christmas tags cartridge. The stamp is a digital freebie from digital doodling called Christmas Belle. And I'm not sure where the sentiment is from.

Wedding Card

We had a family friend get married a few weeks ago and so I made her a card and here it is.
Once again the card base is pre bought the bigger blue paper is DCWV glitter mat stack the other blue paper is just Joann essentials I think... I stamped the background with Big and Bossy tinted embossing Ink and heat embossed with some Joann's silver embossing powder. The big sticker is from Joliee's Boutique which I believe my mom bought from walmart.

Heartfelt Wishes

This card was really simple to put together. The green leafy paper is from my scrap box both stamps are from  unmarked clear stamp sets I have from when I first started stamping and I cut the shape that Heartfelt Wishes is stamped on with my Cricut and my elegant edges cartridge.

More ballons!

It's June!! My Birthday is in June so I thought I would start off with a birthday card using my favorite color! It's nice and simple.

The balloon stamp is from one of the fiskars happy birthday stamp sets and the Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Michals dollar bin. I think that's one of my favorite Happy Birthday stamps that I have! I love the big letters. I colored the balloons with conics and all the paper is from my scrap box.

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

Challenge 37 Anything goes
WHAT IF? Wednesday ~ Sketch Challenge M3012

I also want to say a big thank you to all the DT members from the different challenges I've been entering for stopping by and leaving comments!

Rose Card

This Card features one of my favorite stamps ever!
I LOVE this rose stamp!! I wish I could remember the stamp set it was from though... it's a set I got at Joann's when I first started stamping a few years ago and I don't have the name of it anymore :( but other then the stamp paper and the card base all the colored paper is from my scrap box and it's hard to see but the pink paper is actually glitter paper!

Here's the challenge for this card:
